2025-03-04 – Null Indicates That He May Support Lawsuits of Destiny’s Accusers If Destiny Tries To Sue The Kiwifarms

Kiwifarms owner Null has indicated in a recent MATI stream about the Destiny situation that he may support Destiny’s accusers in their lawsuits against Destiny if Destiny tries to sue the Kiwifarms.

He says in the segment that Destiny made a poor decision by making statements about his case on stream. He says that Destiny has made contradictory statements on stream, that the legal term for this is “impeachment”, and that this will harm his character in testimony during the legal procession.

Null says that in Destiny’s case, this is very bad for him, because he should want to “look honest in having consent, that the girl he hooked up with was a part of this lifestyle and knew what she was getting herself into, and that Destiny is otherwise blindsided by this”, but Null goes onto say, when he’s making multiple statements that contradict each other already when he knows he’s getting sued, that this will all get entered into evidence that can be used against him by his opposition saying “you made this statement and this statement.”

Null says this impeachment will make him look very unreliable. He further elaborates that if the plaintiff can make him look like a liar and that he lies all the time, and that he’s lied about this multiple times, the plaintiff will posit to the judge or jury about why anyone should believe him now when he says that he hasn’t done anything wrong.

Null closes this thought out by saying “that is why you shut up when you know you are being sued.” He says: “it is impossible for you to know 3 years into the future which statements, what points of contention, are going to be the most important in your own lawsuit, so the easiest thing you can do to help yourself is to say nothing at all because you can’t predict what things are going to come and bite you in the ass.”

Null, moving on, then moves to say that right from the jump, he knew Destiny would be in for a world of hurt because he is a podcaster who has to speak about podcast stuff and his life, and he’s being prohibited from speaking for several years at least, an ongoing issue that is extremely relevant to his profile as a personality. Furthermore, Null says that Destiny is in a really bad position and that he’s making it worse.

Null then goes into saying that Destiny’s legal strategy of doing nothing rather than trying to submit a series of rapid-fire motions to try to get the case dismissed, may have been a poor move.

Null mentions that Sean Martin, the LawTuber who goes by “Potentially Criminal” on YouTube & who also has posted on Destiny’s Kiwifarms thread, has also commented about the case against Destiny.

Null then says that Pxie has now filed her lawsuit and gotten a second lawyer in her case against Destiny pro hoc vice to assist with the case.

Null says that these legal teams may be working pro-bono or “on contingency” with the fee-shifting provisions and the statute that are strongly pro-plaintiff.

He points out that if she has more attorneys, that this would mean more legal fees that Destiny would have to pay if he loses at all. Null elaborates that if the judge awards her virtually no money, Destiny would have to pay attorney fees, so if she can find 5 attorneys willing to represent her on-contingency so that they can file on the fee-shifting provision, she can go do that and then Destiny would have to pay ALL their attorney’s fees.

Null then harkens back to his warning made back in December to Destiny that he had better settle this case with anything she wants to get her to fuck off immediately, because “he’s losing on PR, he’s losing in his career, and he’s going to lose the lawsuit because he’s in an unfavorable person and that’s not a sympathetic person to begin with.”

Null says that because he’s already impeached himself and because he will continue to say dipshit things on camera forever, that it’s only going to get worse for him.

Null says that Destiny keeps blaming the forum (Kiwifarms), and Null says that he just thinks to himself “how does this help you?”

Null then says that even if Destiny sues Null/Kiwifarms, he’s going to get Chaeiry funded, he’s going to get Melina crowdfunded, and even make it class action if there’s the 5 women total. He says he’ll drive out to the biggest pro-woman law firms in the US, drive to NYC and shake hands with them, and find attorneys that will represent them pro-bono if he can’t get them crowdfunded.

Null says “he’s not going to sit here and eat shit if he doesn’t have to”. He says “the days of that are gone”.

Null, moving to the next topic in his Destiny segment, cites a recent JSTLK stream. JSTLK is a Destiny streamer anti-fan, who has grown in prominence over the course of Pxie’s allegations and lawsuit against Destiny

Null then brings up the Daily Mail article that has covered Destiny’s lawsuit.

Null then covers that one of the Destiny DGG groups on Discord, Reddit, and Twitter, “called the Daliban”, has switched sides and is now a Destiny anti-fan group.

Null then tries to do the LSAT problem Destiny had attempted and failed on his own stream a couple years back. Null also fails.

User CodeCave, within the Destiny thread, has also relayed Null’s most recent MATI statement on Destiny.
