I’m planning to go 10 pages at a time in Destiny’s thread, making this a living document that you can find anytime. I don’t think I’ll go back and cover all previous 1400+ pages, but I will be drawing stuff from his thread in providing supporting evidence in developing sagas surrounding his various arcs and any other past incidents that may exist.
This Kiwifarms user is tempering the theory of another user that Destiny saying on stream that he is “pursuing a more aggressive legal team” to go after Kiwifarms, whereas the rebuttal of this user is saying that it is uncharted legal territory, so he’s unsure if he really has a case, and that his lawyers may have told him that.

Code Cave, one of the big 1 or 2 posters on the Destiny thread that may just be a rebranded user by the name of Blav, has posted about a couple things, theorizing a little bit about the Destiny legal strategy as to why he’s waiting to deploy his legal strategy is to “torture Pxie”, as he puts it. He goes on to say that Destiny may be salty about spending money, but that he may go on to spend additional money so as to “harass” Pxie, as this user claims that he’s done this with other women in the past.

This user starts by discussing the NotSoErudite side of the discussion to see if her boyfriend has a comment as to whether NotSoErudite is in favor of Chaeiry or not, as she is a woman who has also apparently filed a police report against Destiny.
The user then goes and concurs with the other user about that thew reason for Destiny delaying is for “torturing Pxie”. In addition, this user adds that paying Pxie a small settlement sum would be a better route financially for Destiny than going to court.

This post is just discussing about who the user Stasia is, and it’s revealed that she is a member of JSTLK’s server, with JSTLK being a leading Destiny anti-fan streamer.

This user in this post is suggesting that there are going to be more of the supposed “15 women” reaching out about Destiny’s alleged abuse in the future, but are staying quiet at the moment. This post suggests that there are likely to be more chat logs in the future, but that they are dormant for now.

This user in this post is suggesting that Pisco is just engagement-farming Destiny at this point in time.

User StrangerMe is suggesting that the Discord User “Stasia” is “almost certainly” the one that Destiny flew out to him after the Lauren Southern rejection.

This user in this post equates Pisco to a Rob Noerr conservative.

User StrangerMe in this post is suggesting that “davidjoneslol” in Destiny’s DGG Chat is actually an alt for “pryingmind” who he goes onto say is one of Destiny’s biggest simps.

This user also is of the belief that it’s not in Destiny’s best interest to remain passive on the lawsuit and to try to not settle it. He goes onto say that Destiny’s legal fees are going to skyrocket.

This user is posting logs about what Destiny is saying in his own chat that the people in JSTLK’s server are talking about him every night. The user then goes onto post the logs of Zoe, one girl who Destiny had sex with in JSTLK’s server who is now an anti-fan, posting about how she is against Destiny now because she had received revenge pornography of other women from Destiny.

This user is saying that Destiny seems to be waiting on getting legal counsel, and cites an example from his own experience of how legal costs can stack up and how it’s not a good idea to wait.

This user concurs with the user earlier on this page in the thread with the Zoe logs, saying that this is “a male feminist showing his true colors”.

This user is suggesting that, as a result of Destiny’s actions in the past on this issue, he may not have a happy family in the future and may just kill himself in his old age.

User StrangerMe in this post calls out two of “Destiny’s biggest footsoldiers” ( his words): idreamofpikas (Radon) and Odashara (random jstlk Discord user who constantly simps for Destiny).
He goes onto discuss the back-and-forth between Destiny and Zoe.

This user is saying that Xena, (Darius’ girlfriend, with Darius being someone who has been willing to platform Destiny) joined Ice Poseidon’s stream the previous night and were roasting Destiny’ dick-sucking skills.

Another user goes onto clip the video of Xena saying that on Ice Poseidon’s stream that the above user mentioned.

This user is suggesting that at this point in time, Destiny may be trying to figure out how he can fuck over his orbiters to defend himself.
He goes onto discuss that although Destiny previously stated that he may be going after Kiwifarms, right now he’s just picking “soft targets”.

User CodeCave is suggesting that, right now, Destiny is going after Kelly Jean and Stasia.

He goes onto say that Destiny, like his community, is full of cowards.

This user is saying that Destiny is mad at Zoe because he believes that Zoe is coaching Chaeiry about how to develop allegations against Destiny.

This user is summing up the state of a day in the life of Destiny.

This user is saying that Destiny and the commentary community cult “through their actions, created another story, and that was the coverup and lack of coverage of the situation of this incident”.

This user cites a Twitter space where Empathchan (Lelayna, Destiny’s girlfriend) calls Destiny her friend.

This user outlines why there is a rift between Chaeiry and NotSoErudite, in that it is because Chaeiry has been alogging NSE in videos for a little bit now.

These users are discussing the NotSoErudite, her husband, Nick, and Chaeiry in their sideplot of the overall dilemma Destiny finds himself in.

This user takes a blast to the past in bringing up the clip of when Destiny cucks the then-boyfriend of Melina. Melina, of course, went onto be the wife of Destiny down the line.

This user writes a long block of text that i’m not reading, but his TL;DR at the end says that Destiny’s worldview stems from his insecurity surrounding his intelligence, academic achievement, and being brutally molested.

This user is pointing out how people on Reddit are calling Dan Saltman’s company, Redact, a scam. Dan is possibly Destiny’s best friend.

This user is calling out the “Whatever Podcast” that NotSoErudite and Pxie were on previously, saying that the entire panel is full of “colossal retards”. He goes onto say that he wants ” this wikipedia tier debatebro propagandist gone for good.”

This user has pointed out that Andrew Wilson, one of Destiny’s more recent debate nemeses, has now put out a video on Destiny, largely retreading alot of the content of the thread. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4L4ed4vaao

This user, citing the other post from the user saying that Redditors are calling Redact a scam, says “that he would expect nothing less from Dan than to not provide refunds for his shit service.”

This user is suggesting that Destiny’s subreddit has slowed down since the allegations against Destiny have dropped, while his own DGG site chat still remain “cultists with high engagement”.

This user jokes about Twitch lingo being brought into the courtroom for Destiny’s court case.

User StrangerMe weighs in on the Dan Redaact Scam allegations to provide his $0.02.
He later goes onto say that if there was ever a best time to make a Darius thread, it would be now. He cites as an issue that Darius seems to have been banned from a number of social media sites already.
His last thought here is that he believes Destiny sees himself as “the Great Man” whose narrative is the only one who can stop Trump and Musk.

This user asks why President Sunday is so against Destiny.

User Crunklord420, who is a key KF admin and mod, says that the women who surround DGG are whores and that Destiny’s whole saying “hypergamy isn’t real” stint during his Redpill Arc was sheer projection, and a matter of hypocrisy and lies.

This user cites the r/LivestreamFails comment section on Reddit to say that “Destiny’s reputation is in shambles” and that alot of the negative lore around Destiny has become public knowledge thanks to Ryan Beard’s recent video.

This user sheds some light on the PresidentSunday-Destiny relationship, providing some answer to the inquiry of one of the earlier users. He cites a couple of Reddit threads and a YouTube video where President Sunday and Destiny discuss deplatforming.

User StrangerMe is disputing Destiny’s denial of being a “sex addicted, e-rapist, sexpest, who doesn’t care for consent, and views women as nothing more than sex objects, and is only using his fame and status to continue to abuse women, and he really doesn’t believe in anything he spews.”

This user is saying that he is an agreement with what he says is Mr Girl’s assessment that Destiny’s sexual behavior is “for power and that he likes the power he has and really cares about nothing political or social or anything”.

User CodeCave also provides a follow-up to the inquiry about President Sunday’s aggression toward Destiny, and points the user toward President Sunday’s place on Destiny’s Wiki “Super Blacklist”.

This user makes the claim that DGG are running pretty heavy defense for NotSoErudite, whilst going after streamer and Destiny opponent, Mike From PA, for roughly the same behavior.

This user takes a blast to the past to point out that NotSoErudite has run defense for Destiny in the past, such as during a stream with another streamer by the name of Qorantos.

User provides an update that Destiny’s lawyers have arrived. They are: Robert Raskopf and Patricia Patino of Bilzin Sumberg, and Andrew Brettler and Jake Camara of Berk Brettler. He cites the court documents showing this.

Users discuss the lawyers that Destiny has picked out. One user points to a Daily Mial article that says that Berk Brettler had represented Prince Andrew for one of his court cases in the past.

User lays out the different legal counsel of the 2 sides in a diagram showing their pictures.

User CodeCave drops what he says is “one of the strongest indictments against NotSoErudite”, of which Kuihman, one of the biggest Destiny anti-fan streamers at the moment, had laid out.

User StrangerMe is chalking Destiny’s legal strategy up to “character-assassinating” his accusers.

This user provides comment on the reputation of one of the law firms Destiny has chosen. He says: “Bilzin Sumberg is a very solid, mid-law Florida firm. It’s a pretty solid choice as local counsel. It also means he’s paying a lot of money for them. More than you’d think, if you’re unfamiliar with the law firm industry.”

This user is claiming that Destiny’s girlfriend, Lelayna, keeps editing the forehead pictures she posts on Twitter to appear smaller than it actually is in reality.

User StrangerMe further provides his perception that Lelayna is insecure.

This user calls out NotSoErudite’s “Mama Bear” behavior of Destiny, calling it “bizarre”.

User CodeCave has said that Null had commented on the Destiny situation during his most recent MATI stream. He says that if Pxie wins, then Destiny would have to pay all her legal fees. CodeCave also says that Null says that he would fund all of the other girls (ie Chaeiry, Melina etc) and/or help them find pro-bono lawyers, but that that might only be the case if Destiny tries to sue Kiwifarms.

This user cites a video that shows Norm Finkelstein saying that Destiny was “paid and coached by an Israeli Advocacy Group” for their Israel-Palestine debate a year or two ago.

This user points out that President Sunday is a large troon advocate as well.

This user responds to a previous user mentioning Darius, and says that there are better attack vectors to go after him for, namely that he is a “needy simp” and that he is “still having a relationship with Xena even though Xena attempted to set Darius up to get beaten up by other dudes she bangs.”

This user is questing how good Destiny’s lawyer will be given that he’s been cited as utilizing “character assassination” techniques in his defense of prior clients in #MeToo cases.

This user supposes that Destiny’s inability to get a music degree has engendered him to be a midwit.

This user suggests that NotSoErudite was jealous that Qorantos was getting paid $5k/mo to do a show with having Kelly Jean to help him for free, and that is why she claims that he was overpaid.

This user responds to the other user that they weren’t aware that NotSoErudite had a business relationship with Amouranth.

This user speculates that Destiny has real contempt for Potentially Criminal now that he has weighed in with his $0.02 regarding Pxie’s complaint.

This user is speculating that Destiny did lawyer up at first, but then realized he needed to bring in the big guns, so he waited and then switched out lawyers.

User CodeCave responds to a comment by another user that is wondering if the spiraling is performative by saying that it’s probably real. CodeCave makes the allegation that most of Destiny’s sane friends have abandoned him– with the 80% sticking around having no idea what’s going on, and the 20% believing that he should be able to rape and murder at will.
He closes this out by saying that Hasan, Vaush, and Pakman have outperformed him.
In the last image, he shows that the Bridges podcast is now below 200 paying members.

This user givers a pretty on-brand impression of Destiny.

Users discuss whether Destiny’s stream being at 15k concurrent viewers is a sign of botting viewers.
One user lays out the feasibility of botting on platforms by saying “bots are relatively cheap, they work at creating an impression that your streams are lively (enticing people to join), and most platforms have an exploitable policy where if someone else is botting the stream then the streamer can’t get in trouble.” He then goes onto say that “someone intimately familiar with Destiny could bot it with his direct knowledge and as long as no one discovers the collusion then he’s able to get around the issue”.
The following user responds to the user and disagrees, saying that it’s probably real. he cites Hasan’s streams getting 32k concurrent viewers, and that with it being pretty hectic in American politics the past few days, people want to tune in to their “go-to” guy for coverage. He says for big political events, the amount of viewers increases substantially more, such as with Hasan getting double the viewers when the Trump/Zelensky meeting fell through.
